LEVEL 1 - #04 “SMYRNA CROSS STITCH"

Also known as the Double Cross Stitch or Railway Stitch.  It is a variation of the basic Cross Stitch and is used in many samplers.  It is great as a border stitch.   It can be worked with almost any type of fibre and produces a lovely texture when stitched.
